2- If there is a problem with the kidney, then there is a complaint of edema. In this, there is swelling around the eyes, which occurs due to the accumulation of fluid in the cells.
3- Weakness is a common symptom when there is a problem in the kidney. In this, there is a lot of fatigue in the beginning and it becomes difficult to do any activity afterward
4- Appetite decreases due to kidney failure. Toxins like urea, creatinine, acid start accumulating in the body itself, which reduces appetite and also changes the taste.
5- In the symptoms of kidney failure, there is a feeling of nausea and vomiting in the morning. This can happen while brushing teeth in the morning. This also leads to loss of appetite.
Keep Kidney Healthy
1- Drink plenty of water to keep the kidney healthy. Try to drink warm water, due to which the kidney gives out sodium, urea, and toxins from the body.
2- To keep the kidney healthy, eat less salt food. For this, avoid food from restaurants or those that are packaged
3- To keep the kidney healthy, eat healthy food and control your weight.
4- To keep your kidney healthy, keep checking the level of cholesterol from time to time.
5- Stay away from fried and sweet foods and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
