1. Breast feeding will help:
Although experts do not agree with this, some say that breastfeeding helps in weight loss. This is a debatable topic as some people thing that these two things have nothing to do with each other. However, breastfeeding won’t only provide nourishment to your newborn, but also help you lose weight.
2. Drink plenty of water:
Hydration helps a lot in weight loss, irrespective of whether it is after childbirth or not. Hydration, just like eating healthy, would help you improve your metabolism. You should drink water just enough to make sure that your urine is clear.
3. Eat healthily:
A mother goes through many hormonal changes post-childbirth, so dieting at this time is not recommended. Instead, a new mother should eat healthy and in the right proportion. Guity eating should be discouraged, and dry fruits and nuts should be consumed proportionately as they might help losing weight while providing the right amount of calories.
4. Light Exercising:
